BMJ Best Practice can be searched by condition, symptom or drug in over 100 languages.
Search results can be filtered by conditions, diagnosis, treatment, evidence, drug database or guidelines.
Information on each topic is structured around the patient consultation; including an overview of the condition, theory, diagnosis of the condition, management and follow up of the condition as well as other resources to support best practice.

BMJ Best Practice is designed for use at the point of care, below are links to BMJ's clinical tools for patient care.
Patients frequently present with multiple conditions, and providing a tailored and holistic approach to treatment can improve outcomes. BMJ Best Practice features a unique Comorbidities tool that provides customised treatment guidance for patients presenting with an acute condition and one or more existing comorbidities.
To use the tool, select "Treatment algorithm" from the management menu on the acute condition's homepage. If other conditions are relevant to the treatment plan, you will be prompted to select your patient's comorbidities.
