MIMS Online is the web version of the MIMS pharmaceutical product information.
It enables healthcare professionals to keep up to date with changes in medicines listings, new launches of medicines and current PBS data, information about particular medications, interactions with other medications, images of medications, and detailed information about the content and formulation of medicines.
MIMS Online allows for multiple methods to find information. There are basic and advanced Search functions, as well as alphabetical Browsing of products by product name or therapeutic class.
To utilise the mobile app, you must register for a CHC (Clinicians Health Channel) account.
You can then Request an iMIMS Token Number by logging in using your CHC username and password. Then click 'proceed', fill in the form followed by 'Complete Registration'. Record the token number.
Download the iMIMS app from your app store or Google Play. Launch the app and login using your token number.

Searching
Use the basic search to find Product Information. You can enter a product name, an action/indication, or a therapeutic class.
The Advanced Search function provides extra options over the basic search to target your search.
The Pill ID Search allows you search for medications based on appearance, when you have unknown medications.
The Drug Interaction Search enables searching for interactions between multiple drug combinations.
Downloading, Printing, and Emailing Product Information
You can easily download, print, or email product information on MIMS Online by selecting the options at the top right of the page.

Adverse Drug Reporting
Adverse Event Reporting - Users are no longer be able to submit adverse event reports to the ADRS using the form available on MIMS online. The Adverse Event Management System is used instead.
