EPM Online provides a primer in the essentials of pain management. It covers the tools that can be used to Recognise, Assess and Treat pain. There is also a section on barriers to pain management, the importance of continuing to reassess pain and a series of cases using videos to demonstrate the use of EPM in patients with acute trauma and postoperative pain, cancer pain and chronic non-cancer pain.
